GLOBALGAP: private body that establishes standards for the certification of agricultural products on a voluntary worldwide. It is a program and a global reference for Good Agricultural Practices (GAP).
BRC (Global Standard for Food Safety): Global Food Safety Standard which aims to specify the criteria of safety, quality and performance to be observed throughout an organization dedicated to the manufacture of food products to meet its obligations in respect of law and consumer protection.
IFS (International Food Standard): Standard for auditing suppliers of food products with brands from the distributor. It applies only to manufacturers or packers of food products.
